    A 5-minute walk to Georgia Tech campus via a pedestrian path allows students to quickly and safely get to class. In just 5 minutes, the pedestrian path puts students in front of McCamish Pavilion, Byers Tennis Complex, and the President’s house. This monitored path is exclusive to pedestrians, bikes, and scooters. Cars are NOT allowed.

  • Quick Access to Campus Transit

    A short 2-minute walk from your front door will put students at the GT Stinger Green Line bus stop. The green line transports students to the center of Georgia Tech’s campus with popular stops along the way including the Campus Recreation Center, Stamps Health Services, and Student Center Commons.

    With just 4 units, 1100 Holly allows for private entrances into each apartment. No scrambling for an elevator, no congestion, you simply walk out of your front door.

    Each apartment includes 2 off-street parking spaces. Access to covered parking is available directly across the street at the E70 GT Research Insitute parking deck. Students may purchase a parking permit for E70 directly through GT Parking & Transportation.

    Tenants have support 24/7 through our Hemlane Tenant Portal. Unsure how something works? Is something not working properly? We have curated self-help guides or call us and speak to someone to walk you through it.

    With energy-efficient windows, all-electric appliances, LED bulbs, and a tankless water heater, each unit is designed to be energy conscious.

    For an additional $200 per month, tenants can bundle electricity* and internet into their monthly installment.

    *Bundled electricity includes a cap of $130/mo. Tenants will be responsible for charges that exceed the cap.
