This monitored path is exclusive to pedestrians, bikes, and scooters. Cars are NOT allowed.

A short 2-minute walk from your front door will put students at the GT Stinger Green Line bus stop. The green line transports students to the center of Georgia Tech’s campus with popular stops along the way including the Campus Recreation Center, Stamps Health Services, and Student Center Commons.

Each apartment includes 2 off-street parking spaces. Access to covered parking is available directly across the street at the E70 GT Research Insitute parking deck. Students may purchase a parking permit for E70 directly through GT Parking & Transportation.

Parking your bike after cruising from campus is a breeze with our complimentary bike racks.

Each bedroom comes fully furnished including a full-size bed, work desk, office chair, and built-in closet.

Each unit comes equipped with stainless steel appliances including a stove/oven, refrigerator and dishwasher.

Standard utilities are included with your monthly installment: water, trash, and sewer.

With energy-efficient windows, all-electric appliances, LED bulbs, and a tankless water heater, each unit is designed to be energy conscious.

For an additional $200 per month, tenants can bundle electricity* and internet into their monthly installment.

*Bundled electricity includes a cap of $130/mo. Tenants will be responsible for charges that exceed the cap.
